Use of the Website is offered to you conditioned on acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in these Terms, as may be posted on the Website from time to time.
LorenaLorraine.com at its sole discretion reserves the right not to accept a User from registering on the Website without assigning any reason thereof.

The information registered with Lorena Lorraine will be kept no longer than five years and they will be deleted afterwards.

We take reservations for misprints and sold out items.

Payment
You can use VISA and MASTERCARD on the shop for secure payment. We charge no fee with the use of any credit card.
You will receive an order confirmation immediately after your purchase. If this does not arrive, please check your spam filter. The money will be withdrawn upon shipment.

Cancellation or exchange
​
If you are disatisfied with the Products you purchased, because you reasonably see an evident difference between the product and its description in our Catalog or because there is a real fault, you are entitled for returning the merchandise (or a part of it) and get a refund or a full product replacement.

Before shipping back one, some or all the products you purchased please contact us, detailing as precisely as possible the reason of your decision about returning the products and sending us clear pictures showing the damage. Generic or unreasonable reasons won't be accepted.

We provide 14 days of right to return products from the day you receive your order.
Otherwise you are required to pay for the return shipment. You have the following options:
1. Send the item to the following address Baggersvej 2B, 3300 Frederiksvaerk Denmark. We advise you to use a parcel service in order to be able to track the parcel.
2. Return your item in the store where you purchased it or on our showroom at Baggersvej 2B, Frederiksvaerk.
When you return your order, please fill out the return form below and include this and a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.

Any faults or defects of the products should be claimed immediately after receiving your product and before use.
​
The product(s) must be in perfect condition(s), completely unused, and delivered with their original package and labels/tags. If one of these conditions is not met we won't be able to refund or replace the product (s).
- We will decide whether refunding or replacing the products you returned. In case of replacement, the shipping fees will be paid by us. If the replacement products are on stock, the whole process will take about seven (7) days or more. If they aren't available, we will let you know the estimated delivery time.

- Our products are usually packaged in sturdy boxes to prevent any reasonable damage during transportation. We are not responsible for any damage due to the shipper negligence or other external factors, though this is an extremely rare occurrence.
- All our products are carefully inspected before shipping. In the extremely rare case one or more products you received are broken or heavily damaged (not due to transportation issues. This means the original box and package must be intact), please take a few pictures clearly showing the damage and send us them. If the damage is due to our fault we will refund you or replace for free the products, including the shipping fees. We will be fully entitled to decide between refunding and replacing.

Reclaim handling
All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can make a complaint, if the product has flaws and deficiencies, within 24 months from the purchase.

The complaint right does not cover any flaws, defects or wear and tear from wrong use, missing care or regular/normal wear and tear.

Lorena Lorraine does not give any warrantee/complaint right on bags (including stitching, zippers, handles, rings and rivets) used as school bag or for carrying laptops or other heavy items such as binders etc.

The gold and silver accessories are alloyed and wear and tear can occur. The complaint right does not cover this.
